Licensing
BranchDeploy is developed and maintained by Pixel Funnel Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. These terms govern your use of the BranchDeploy Azure DevOps extension and associated services.
Tiers
Free tier
The free tier is available at no charge. It includes one deployment environment per Azure DevOps project and all core pipeline-trigger functionality. No account registration is required. The free tier is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind.
Pro tier
The Pro tier is a paid subscription billed per Azure DevOps organisation. It unlocks multiple environments per project, the deployment audit log, Microsoft Teams bot integration, and AI assistant (MCP) support. A Pro subscription is activated per organisation and covers all projects and users within that organisation.

Subscription and billing
Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a Pro subscription you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these terms. Pixel Funnel Ltd does not store payment card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your BranchDeploy account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by applicable law.
Pricing is listed in GBP and may be subject to change. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect.
Permitted use
You may use BranchDeploy for any lawful purpose within your Azure DevOps organisation. You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension beyond what is expressly permitted by applicable law
- Sublicence, resell, or redistribute BranchDeploy as a standalone product
- Attempt to circumvent licence checks or feature restrictions
- Use BranchDeploy in a way that violates Microsoft's Azure DevOps Marketplace policies
Intellectual property
BranchDeploy, including its source code, design, and associated assets, is the property of Pixel Funnel Ltd. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership or grants rights beyond those expressly stated.
Disclaimer of warranties
BranchDeploy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Pixel Funnel Ltd does not warrant that the extension will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixel Funnel Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of BranchDeploy, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
